AppliedCareer course purchases unlock digital access to course content. Refund decisions may depend on usage, progress, and the timing of the request. If a learner experiences a billing issue or accidental duplicate payment, they should contact support promptly.

Certificates are only available after completion requirements are met. Refund approval does not convert a certificate into a regulated qualification or official award.
