AppliedCareer stores learner account details, purchase records, course progress, quiz attempts, and certificate records so learners can access the platform and verify issued certificates. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by AppliedCareer.

We do not market the platform as a university, awarding body, or regulated institution, and we do not use learner data to imply official accreditation or licensing outcomes.
